In the 33rd minute, Agnaldo Diniz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Serafim Peres was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. If Alfredo Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Germano Romero took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serafim Peres. Serafim Peres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Serafim Peres came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA's Alfredo Silva. But to his dismay, Alfredo Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Germano Romero was the one to do the kick off. Serafim Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Germano Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Noroeste Paulista's zone, Ismael de Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafim Peres came out of the goal and Ismael de Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th match minute, Noroeste Paulista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rômulo Nunes to maneuver through the defense. Serafim Peres made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Germano Romero sent off a good shot on target. Rômulo Pirani kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. César Moraes struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Serafim Peres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA. Alfredo Silva received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Serafim Peres came out and tried to block the shot, but Alfredo Silva slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 68th minute. Serafim Peres was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Agnaldo Diniz. A well done corner resulted in Germano Romero drilling the ball in to score 0-9 behind Noroeste Paulista's goalkeeper. Noroeste Paulista's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Germano Romero scored to the left of an out of position Serafim Peres, making the score, 0-10. 91 minutes into the game, Alfredo Silva recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Serafim Peres. Alfredo Silva showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. 94 minutes into the match, Alfredo Silva notched a goal, 0-12, to the right of Noroeste Paulista's Serafim Peres. Serafim Peres was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vitório Rezende charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vitório Rezende the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The goalkeeper, Serafim Peres, was totally fooled by THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA's Germano Romero, who 98 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.
