Spectators: 143 (Terracing: 108, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rodrigo Arantes kicked off to start the match. André Luiz Koehler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rômulo Nunes in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rômulo Nunes in the 8th minute of play forced Nitra FC's goalkeeper André Luiz Koehler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nitra FC's André Luiz Koehler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gláuber Veloso in the 9th minute of play. André Luiz Koehler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gláuber Veloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After a rather tough play, Nitra FC's Pedro Augusto Barral got a free kick in the 14th minute. Augusto Bueno kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th match minute, Noroeste Paulista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Célio de Amaral to maneuver through the defense. Waldir Mandrak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Noroeste Paulista's Serafim Peres got control of the ball when Augusto Bueno tried to sneak it across the goal line. Augusto Bueno took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serafim Peres. Serafim Peres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Rodrigo Arantes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nitra FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Arantes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafim Peres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. André Luiz Koehler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcinho Leite in the 34th minute of play. Gláuber Veloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. André Luiz Koehler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rômulo Nunes in the 38th minute of the match. Rômulo Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. André Luiz Koehler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd match minute, Noroeste Paulista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gláuber Veloso to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Nitra FC's zone, Gláuber Veloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Luiz Koehler came out of the goal and Gláuber Veloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. André Luiz Koehler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gláuber Veloso in the 46th minute of play. André Luiz Koehler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gláuber Veloso's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gláuber Veloso to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Gláuber Veloso took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for André Luiz Koehler to make any attempt to save it. Pedro Augusto Barral hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Rômulo Nunes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Noroeste Paulista's supporters rose to their feet, but Rômulo Nunes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Luiz Koehler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Augusto Barral during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th minute Augusto Bueno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafim Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Nitra FC booed when Noroeste Paulista was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Célio de Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serafim Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldir Mandrak in the 66th minute of play. Serafim Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Bueno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. André Luiz Koehler was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gláuber Veloso showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 70 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Noroeste Paulista's Rômulo Pirani got a free kick in the 76th minute. Noroeste Paulista's Alex Godoi was substituted for Gláuber Veloso. In the 78th minute, Rômulo Pirani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Noroeste Paulista's André Vidal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of André Luiz Koehler. That made the score 1-3 after 91 minutes of play. Rômulo Pirani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Noroeste Paulista supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Noroeste Paulista would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
