Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ramiro Leite kicked off to start the match. The Motta Futebol Clube fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Motta Futebol Clube's Edvaldo dos Santos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Motta Futebol Clube's Edvaldo dos Santos got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 13th minute, Eugênio Massa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute Edvaldo dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rômulo de Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Motta Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Júlio Prado hit a great ball. Fabrício Queirós might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rômulo de Barros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabrício Queirós ran back to his position shaking his head. 32 minutes into the match, Edvaldo dos Santos notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of US DI BESTI FC's Rômulo de Barros. Rômulo de Barros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 35 minutes into the match, Edvaldo dos Santos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rômulo de Barros. US DI BESTI FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edvaldo dos Santos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Edvaldo dos Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 47 minutes of play, Motta Futebol Clube's Edvaldo dos Santos made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rômulo de Barros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Edvaldo dos Santos made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Robinho da Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabrício Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edvaldo dos Santos did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Rômulo de Barros 73 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edvaldo dos Santos in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rômulo de Barros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Edvaldo dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Oscar Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Martins hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Chants of Motta Futebol Clube echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as US DI BESTI FC had held the ball for most of the match.
