C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcelinho Matorin. After having played for 9 minutes, André Luiz de Godoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Master Champion BMX Flat's supporters crossed their fingers, but André Luiz de Godoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Simões in the 11th minute of play forced Mexilhão F. C.'s goalkeeper Marcelinho Matorin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Mexilhão F. C. getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Emerson Tavares hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the game, Master Champion BMX Flat's Nicolas Simões nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelinho Matorin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 36th minute, Nicolas Simões made a precise shot to the right of Marcelinho Matorin. Mexilhão F. C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Roger Motta kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Emerson Tavares lost his temper 47 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave Master Champion BMX Flat a penalty, 48 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nicolas Simões, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mexilhão F. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. João Francisco Mota was the one to do the kick off. Nicolas Simões received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcelinho Matorin came out and tried to block the shot, but Nicolas Simões slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 54th minute. Marcelinho Matorin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolas Simões's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Marcelinho Matorin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olívio Maranhense during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mexilhão F. Master Champion BMX Flat's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
