Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Maurinho Lima came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Dalmo Rocha. But to his dismay, Dalmo Rocha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 9th minute, Vavá Recko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giuseppe Lara was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. César Alagoano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 18th minute, Anselmo Batista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Passos kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Maurinho Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Batista in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Reko-Recko 03™'s Ernani Messias ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Giuseppe Lara. Giuseppe Lara yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dalmo Rocha during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th match minute, Nova Iguaçu MZFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmo Rocha to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 32 minutes into the game, when Zé Passos put in a rough tackle. 32 minutes into the game, one of Reko-Recko 03™:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 41st minute Dalmo Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurinho Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ernani Messias was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Reko-Recko 03™'s Maurinho Lima got control of the ball when Telmo Barbosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Dalmo Rocha kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maurinho Lima. That made the score 2-4 in the 54 minute of play. After having played for 58 minutes, Dalmo Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dalmo Rocha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Giuseppe Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hortêncio Paraense, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goal looked a bit too open when Dalmo Rocha came free, but Maurinho Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Telmo Barbosa notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Reko-Recko 03™'s Maurinho Lima. Maurinho Lima was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Reko-Recko 03™'s Maurinho Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmo Rocha in the 69th minute of play. Nova Iguaçu MZFC made a substitution. Arthur Amaral replaced Túlio Vale. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Carlos Augusto Alcântara was substituted for Murilo Urbano. Hortêncio Paraense kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Dalmo Rocha dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Maurinho Lima, 2-7. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Telmo Barbosa got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 86 played minutes Reko-Recko 03™ got a freekick which was hit by Hortêncio Paraense. Maurinho Lima acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 87th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Guilherme Mandrak. 88 minutes into the match, César Alagoano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maurinho Lima. Reko-Recko 03™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that César Alagoano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-8. Maurinho Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmo Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Maurinho Lima didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Dalmo Rocha shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-9 in the ordered_time% minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Nova Iguaçu MZFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
