If Carlos Eduardo Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antônio Rezende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evandro Braga, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 74 minutes into the game, C.A Gryffindor's Faustino Asprilla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alex Vander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. If Carlos Eduardo Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustino Asprilla struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Alex Vander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A Gryffindor. In the 89th minute, Fellipe dos Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Eduardo Gonçalves charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
