With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cléber Azevedo in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmo da Fonseca saved Quandus from getting behind. In the 7th minute, Quandus's Válter Eger seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Válter Eger the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Quandus protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Válter Eger had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Válter Eger hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Jefferson Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot. ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's supporters rose to their feet, but Jefferson Lara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmo da Fonseca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute Eduardo Vergílio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmo da Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Quandus's goal looked a bit too open when Aníbal Sá came free, but Dalmo da Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Eduardo Vergílio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Percy Capixaba during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Percy Capixaba hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Cléber Azevedo scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dalmo da Fonseca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Doriva Saraiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacá Paraibano in the 26th minute of play. Cacá Paraibano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Doriva Saraiva made a huge save. 43 minutes into the match, Cléber Azevedo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Quandus's Dalmo da Fonseca. Dalmo da Fonseca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Quandus players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cacá Paraibano to strike the kick off in the second half. Quandus's Dalmo da Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Vergílio in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Cléber Azevedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dalmo da Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aníbal Sá in the 56th minute of play. Eduardo Vergílio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmo da Fonseca having to interfere. Quandus's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Cléber Azevedo scored to the left of an out of position Dalmo da Fonseca, making the score, 0-4. Eduardo Vergílio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dalmo da Fonseca came out and tried to block the shot, but Eduardo Vergílio slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 65th minute. After 71 minutes, Enéas Ramalho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ and the Quandus players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st match minute, ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enéas Ramalho to maneuver through the defense. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 89th match minute, ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jefferson Lara to maneuver through the defense. After 90 played minutes Quandus got a freekick which was hit by Cacá Paraibano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cacá Paraibano in the 96th minute of play forced ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's goalkeeper Doriva Saraiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Quandus supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's performance. The match ended with a win for ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ.
