Durval Araújo was a little too slow when Luiz Guilherme Toscano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. F.C Fribourg's Durval Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Romero in the 11th minute of play. After 12 played minutes F.C Fribourg got a freekick which was hit by Caco Senna. 14 minutes into the match, DENVER™'s goal looked a bit too open when Joélson Saldanha came free, but João Paulo Baiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Luiz Gustavo Tavares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Waldir Romero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, DENVER™'s Waldir Romero dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Durval Araújo made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Waldir Romero sent off a good shot on target. Durval Araújo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Waldir Romero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 34 minute of play. After some careless play in the F.C Fribourg defense, Luiz Guilherme Toscano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Durval Araújo. The F.C Fribourg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Durval Araújo should have stopped the shot. 41 minutes into the match, F.C Fribourg's goalkeeper Durval Araújo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Guilherme Toscano. Luiz Guilherme Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval Araújo having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Luiz Guilherme Toscano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Durval Araújo. F.C Fribourg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luiz Guilherme Toscano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0.

The wind increased when Luiz Guilherme Toscano made the kick off in the second half. Durval Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias Carvalho in the 53rd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, F.C Fribourg's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Guilherme Toscano came free, but Durval Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Gustavo Tavares during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to F.C Fribourg getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Luiz Gustavo Tavares hit a great ball. Durval Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathias Carvalho in the 57th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, DENVER™'s Mathias Carvalho got a free kick in the 59th minute. Mathias Carvalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. F.C Fribourg's Durval Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Romero in the 69th minute of play. Durval Araújo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 73 minutes into the match, Mathias Carvalho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Durval Araújo. F.C Fribourg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mathias Carvalho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Luiz Guilherme Toscano took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Durval Araújo. Durval Araújo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. 80 minutes into the match, F.C Fribourg's goal looked a bit too open when Waldir Romero came free, but Durval Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of DENVER™ booed when F.C Fribourg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Gustavo Tavares didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th match minute, DENVER™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléber Bittencourt to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the game, Kléber Bittencourt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DENVER™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C Fribourg the free kick. After a rather tough play, DENVER™'s Kléber Bittencourt got a free kick in the 95th minute.
