Orlando Guimarães was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind EoDu Uai Sôccer's goalkeeper Orlando Guimarães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Orlando Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Renato de Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Romeu Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee ignored EoDu Uai Sôccer's protests and gave José Carlos de Sousa a yellow card for diving instead. Orlando Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Baiano in the 27th minute of play. Orlando Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Baiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emanuel Baiano was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Until Five's Emanuel Baiano made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Orlando Guimarães showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. José Carlos de Sousa was shown his second yellow card after 61 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Renato de Senna in the 66th minute of play forced EoDu Uai Sôccer's goalkeeper Orlando Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Until Five's Jerônimo Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Valle in the 74th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osvaldinho Machado during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
