Diamantino de Queiroz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ALMA GUERREIRA. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Joel da Silva took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Diamantino de Queiroz to make any attempt to save it. 14 minutes into the match, ALMA GUERREIRA's goal looked a bit too open when Hélio Terra came free, but Luís Gustavo Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diamantino de Queiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adhemar Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 23 minutes of play, Airborne FC's Dudu Mesquita made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Gustavo Pirani was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luís Gustavo Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélio Terra in the 29th minute of play. After 31 minutes, Adrianinho Botelho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ALMA GUERREIRA and the Airborne FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ALMA GUERREIRA's Adrianinho Botelho got a free kick in the 31st minute. Dudu Mesquita scored 1-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Gustavo Pirani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 35 minutes into the match, ALMA GUERREIRA's Joel da Silva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diamantino de Queiroz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Frank Melo notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of ALMA GUERREIRA's Luís Gustavo Pirani. The audience was convinced that Joel da Silva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Diamantino de Queiroz was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. 87 minutes into the match, Hélio Terra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luís Gustavo Pirani. ALMA GUERREIRA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hélio Terra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-4.
