Elano Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ian Martins's late challenge caught a Clube Atlético Paulista's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Quadros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jean Simões in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elano Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gildo Nogueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred da Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 65th minute Jean Simões shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elano Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BRASIL.Sp reached it. In the 70th minute, Jerônimo de Salles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elano Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. In the 78th match minute, Clube Atlético Paulista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Quadros to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute of the match Hermínio Neiva shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elano Amorim showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Clube Atlético Paulista's goal looked a bit too open when Jean Simões came free, but Elano Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilian Rosado hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, BRASIL.Sp's Ian Martins got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Elano Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elano Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerônimo de Salles in the 87th minute of play. Elano Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermínio Neiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. If Fred da Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Ian Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilian Rosado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute, Wilian Rosado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clube Atlético Paulista fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. The Clube Atlético Paulista players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented BRASIL.Sp from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
