The referee showed Rodriguinho da Mata the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th match minute, ADM Taquaras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodriguinho da Mata to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, Barões F. C.'s goalkeeper Álvaro Costa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dorival Fontes. Álvaro Costa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dorival Fontes in the 18th minute. With a little luck, Barões F. Álvaro Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorival Fontes in the 93rd minute of the match. Álvaro Costa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dorival Fontes's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Barões F. C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ADM Taquaras.
