Eurico Pinho kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, TRAKINAS FC's Tiaguinho Paraense broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 14 minutes into the match, TRAKINAS FC's goalkeeper Vítor Peres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geovânio Toscano. 20 minutes into the game, Remo Carneiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TRAKINAS FC the free kick. Remo Carneiro hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Vítor Peres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Fabiano Figueiredo in the 24th minute. TRAKINAS FC's Vítor Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Eduardo Domingues in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovânio Toscano in the 26th minute of play forced TRAKINAS FC's goalkeeper Vítor Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Luís Fabiano Figueiredo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vítor Peres. Vítor Peres yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Eurico Pinho kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s zone, Tiaguinho Paraense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haroldo Recife came out of the goal and Tiaguinho Paraense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute, Luiz Eduardo Domingues reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vítor Peres. The goal made the score 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kléber Oliveira was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Alfredo Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emanuel Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor Peres having to interfere. Vítor Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovânio Toscano, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After 68 played minutes Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Flávio Branco. A collision led to TRAKINAS FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Kléber Oliveira hit a great ball. The supporters of Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- booed when TRAKINAS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sílvio Luiz Bueno didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78 played minutes TRAKINAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Deivid Mineiro. In the 80th minute Luís Fabiano Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Geovânio Toscano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fabiano Figueiredo in the 85th minute of play forced TRAKINAS FC's goalkeeper Vítor Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Eduardo Domingues took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vítor Peres. Vítor Peres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Deivid Mineiro's late challenge caught a Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Deivid Mineiro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th match minute, TRAKINAS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Deivid Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. Vítor Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Fabiano Figueiredo in the 95th minute of play. Emanuel Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
