In the 36th minute of the match César Severo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kauan Leme skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Renato Pena managed to get in a good position for a shot. ATHLETICO PRaiano's supporters rose to their feet, but Renato Pena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kauan Leme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42ndth minute of the game Iuri Arruda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Kauan Leme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 44 played minutes ATHLETICO PRaiano got a freekick which was hit by Gugu Leme. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Alberto Tróia took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Kauan Leme to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jailson Melo to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes ATHLETICO PRaiano got a freekick which was hit by Renato Pena. Fabinho Prestes was extremely unlucky when he, in the 60th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With a little luck, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Arlindo Romero got control of the ball when Fabinho Prestes tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Fabinho Prestes, in the 68th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. Fabinho Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Wilian Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Wilian Berger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When José Paulo Almeida came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the ATHLETICO PRaiano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Paulo Almeida couldn't finish the play.
