Doni Pitta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s Doni Pitta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oswaldo Furlan in the 22nd minute of play. Doni Pitta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarbas Secco in the 25th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Yuri Senna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Doni Pitta. IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yuri Senna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Nilmar Ortiz fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s protests and gave Nilmar Ortiz a yellow card for diving instead. Nilmar Ortiz hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute Jarbas Secco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doni Pitta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evandro Salles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Doni Pitta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuri Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Nilmar Ortiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Elder Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 played minutes IsioSamuel Jrs F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Nildo de Amaral. 69 minutes into the match, Jarbas Secco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Doni Pitta. IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jarbas Secco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. The supporters of IsioSamuel Jrs F.C. booed when Breguete FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emerson Leal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Natã Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Natã Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elder Monteiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th match minute, Breguete FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio de Amorim to maneuver through the defense. Ademir Pimenta was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Elder Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nildo de Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Eduardo Pereira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
