When Hamílton Sanches came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the OSASCO FC fans jumped to their feet. The audience was convinced that Wanderson Matorin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vicente Travassos was relentless in the 44th minute of the game.

Wesley Sousa hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Wanderson Matorin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wanderson Matorin's late challenge caught a Nonatos United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wanderson Matorin helped the player get up and apologised. After 83 played minutes OSASCO FC got a freekick which was hit by Wanderson Matorin. If Cássio Peixoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th match minute, Nonatos United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Rossi to maneuver through the defense. OSASCO FC's Hamílton Sanches couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 89th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Nonatos United. Cássio Peixoto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Travassos having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, OSASCO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iuri de Toledo to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over OSASCO FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Nonatos United throughout the match.
