In the 34th minute Jorge Travassos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Marquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Uno Mille FC defense, Flavinho Ribeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delfim Marquez. The Uno Mille FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delfim Marquez should have stopped the shot. Delfim Marquez came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Arsenal MGK's Flavinho Ribeiro. But to his dismay, Flavinho Ribeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After the first half Arsenal MGK were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Doni Meirelles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Quaresma, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Delfim Marquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlinhos de Barros in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Alex Quaresma notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Arsenal MGK's Doni Meirelles. Doni Meirelles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Uno Mille FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. In the 67th minute Carlinhos de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Marquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Gildo Maranhense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uno Mille FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arsenal MGK the free kick. After 68 played minutes Uno Mille FC got a freekick which was hit by Gildo Maranhense. Jorge Travassos came free with the goalkeeper in the 70th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Delfim Marquez could save by the left post. Jorge Travassos struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Delfim Marquez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal MGK. When Sérgio de Alcântara fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uno Mille FC's protests and gave Sérgio de Alcântara a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Uno Mille FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Sérgio de Alcântara hit a great ball. Uno Mille FC's Sérgio de Alcântara got his second yellow card of the match in the 77th minute. The referee ordered Sérgio de Alcântara off the ground. In the 78th minute, Carlinhos de Barros made a precise shot to the right of Delfim Marquez. Uno Mille FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. 82 minutes into the game, Arsenal MGK's Flavinho Ribeiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delfim Marquez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-6. 86 minutes into the match, Uno Mille FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos de Barros came free, but Delfim Marquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
