In the 28th minute, Agostinho Tasso made a precise shot to the right of Narciso Abreu. Brasiliense FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Narciso Abreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agostinho Tasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tadeu Custódio to strike the kick off in the second half. Brasiliense FC's Narciso Abreu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Brasiliense FC from getting a goal against them. When Tostão Zonta came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Sipo EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tostão Zonta couldn't finish the play. When the match was over Sipo EC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Brasiliense FC throughout the match.
