Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. John Mendes started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, MAGNIFICOS.FC's Bernardinho Marquez got a free kick in the 2nd minute. MAGNIFICOS.FC's John Mendes got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luiz Paulo Almeida made in the 7th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Elivélton Domingues. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonçalo Baptista in the 13th minute of play forced MAGNIFICOS.FC's goalkeeper Nilton Berger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when John Mendes got free with Walmir Leme in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gonçalo Baptista in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nilton Berger saved MAGNIFICOS.FC from getting behind. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Nilton Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Augusto Mineiro in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonçalo Baptista in the 23rd minute of play forced MAGNIFICOS.FC's goalkeeper Nilton Berger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gonçalo Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Nilton Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Lupere FC - DMZ booed when MAGNIFICOS.FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardinho Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Augusto Mineiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 30 minutes of play, Lupere FC - DMZ's Gonçalo Baptista made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nilton Berger was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 34 minutes, Bernardinho Marquez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MAGNIFICOS.FC and the Lupere FC - DMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th match minute, MAGNIFICOS.FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardinho Marquez to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the MAGNIFICOS.FC defense, Gonçalo Baptista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nilton Berger. The MAGNIFICOS.FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nilton Berger should have stopped the shot. In the 39th match minute, Lupere FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdo Mazza to maneuver through the defense. Nilton Berger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonçalo Baptista, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Nilton Berger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonçalo Baptista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute, Zé Augusto Mineiro made a precise shot to the right of Nilton Berger. MAGNIFICOS.FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gonçalo Baptista to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Cristóvão Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Lupere FC - DMZ's Dalmo Linhares got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 61st match minute, Lupere FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristóvão Alves to maneuver through the defense. Gonçalo Baptista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nilton Berger having to make a save. 68 minutes into the game, Lupere FC - DMZ's Gonçalo Baptista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nilton Berger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 71st minute Gonçalo Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilton Berger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 played minutes MAGNIFICOS.FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardinho Marquez. Gonçalo Baptista took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nilton Berger. Nilton Berger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Zé Augusto Mineiro scored 0-6 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nilton Berger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 89 minutes of play, Lupere FC - DMZ's Gonçalo Baptista made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nilton Berger was left in no man's land by his defense there! 93 minutes into the match, MAGNIFICOS.FC's goalkeeper Nilton Berger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zé Augusto Mineiro. Gonçalo Baptista scored 0-8 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nilton Berger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lupere FC - DMZ played a much better game than MAGNIFICOS.FC and deserved their victory. The MAGNIFICOS.FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
