In the 15thth minute of the game Dorival do Vale who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belotaurus FC's Raphael Salgado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 17th minute, Hortêncio Siqueira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Belotaurus FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 23rd minute, Hortêncio Siqueira made a precise shot to the right of Osvaldinho Cardozo. Futbol Club RRFV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Hamílton Simão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The supporters of Belotaurus FC booed when Futbol Club RRFV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sílvio Luiz Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Belotaurus FC's André Luís Macedo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Eurico Lira was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 43rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dorival do Vale in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raphael Salgado saved Belotaurus FC from getting behind. After having played for 46 minutes, Delfim Soeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Futbol Club RRFV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delfim Soeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hortêncio Siqueira was the one to do the kick off. Hortêncio Siqueira kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the game, Delfim Soeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Futbol Club RRFV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belotaurus FC the free kick. Delfim Soeiro hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Fábio Dionísio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Futbol Club RRFV left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Belotaurus FC.
