With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raphael Salgado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Belotaurus FC defense, Dudu Cunha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raphael Salgado. The Belotaurus FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raphael Salgado should have stopped the shot. Natanael Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Rosa in the 32nd minute of play forced Belotaurus FC's goalkeeper Raphael Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Rosa in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raphael Salgado saved Belotaurus FC from getting behind. In the 40th match minute, Belotaurus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rômulo Terra to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Rosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raphael Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Rosa in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrique Rosa made a kick off. Dudu Cunha hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Natanael Silva struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Armando Félix didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belotaurus FC. Armando Félix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Guilherme Quadros in the 58th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Raphael Salgado successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rômulo Terra hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Raphael Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Rosa in the 67th minute of play. Raphael Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Natanael Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
