With an all-out effort, Brazil Academy's Conrado Moreno threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Virgílio Dantas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Armando Meiras short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Conrado Moreno to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 24 played minutes EC Rodrigus MZ got a freekick which was hit by Eugênio Dracena. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Vladimir Koehler put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Conrado Moreno. Conrado Moreno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armando Meira in the 30th minute. Conrado Moreno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgílio Dantas, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 38th minute Virgílio Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers César Torres in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Conrado Moreno saved EC Rodrigus MZ from getting behind. If César Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the game, Virgílio Dantas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Conrado Moreno was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. César Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Conrado Moreno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conrado Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgílio Dantas in the 90th minute of the match. If Fiori Ferraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Juan Reis fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EC Rodrigus MZ's protests and gave Juan Reis a yellow card for diving instead. Juan Reis kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Brazil Academy had played much better football throughout.
