Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when César Torres kicked off to start the match. César Torres hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Adelino Macedo came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Brazil Academy's César Torres. But to his dismay, César Torres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 9 minutes into the game, Róbson Simão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brazil Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave América-SC F.C. the free kick. In the 9th match minute, Brazil Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Róbson Simão to maneuver through the defense. José Pedro de Moraes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adelino Macedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from César Torres in the 15th minute of the match. Frederico Siqueira kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Adelino Macedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from César Torres in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of América-SC F.C. booed when Brazil Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fiori Ferraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brazil Academy's Valdo de Almeida got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adelino Macedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Meira in the 33rd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Brazil Academy's goal looked a bit too open when José Pedro de Moraes came free, but João Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, América-SC F.C.'s Ian Meirelles got a free kick in the 39th minute. After 40 played minutes Brazil Academy got a freekick which was hit by Armando Meira. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbson Simão in the 47th minute of play forced América-SC F.C.'s goalkeeper Adelino Macedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Brazil Academy were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when José Pedro de Moraes made the kick off in the second half. When Valdo de Almeida fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brazil Academy's protests and gave Valdo de Almeida a yellow card for diving instead. Horácio Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualter Tróia in the 65th minute of play forced Brazil Academy's goalkeeper João Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juvenal Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Róbson Simão got his second yellow card in the match during the 68th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Brazil Academy's Róbson Simão got a free kick in the 69th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 70 minutes into the game, when Thomás Massa put in a rough tackle. A collision led to Brazil Academy getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Thomás Massa hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute Ulysses Linares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Meira hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Brazil Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Gualter Tróia came free, but João Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armando Meira hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Armando Meira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adelino Macedo having to interfere. Ian Meirelles hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Juvenal Seco charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juvenal Seco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, América-SC F.C.'s Juvenal Seco got a free kick in the 90th minute. Brazil Academy's Fiori Ferraz got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 94 played minutes América-SC F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ulysses Linares.
