Claudinei Passos helped the player get up and apologised. Claudinei Passos kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Eliseu Toscano hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Pedrinho Sergipano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save DIPLOMATA FC PAB from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sandrinho Pinho got free with Pedrinho Sergipano in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Claudinei Passos to strike the kick off in the second half. Pedrinho Sergipano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Paulo Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 54th match minute, Capibaribe Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adilson Tavares to maneuver through the defense. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sandrinho Pinho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 74th match minute, DIPLOMATA FC PAB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guto Arósio to maneuver through the defense. Pedrinho Sergipano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Paulo Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Paulo Tinoco in the 80th minute of play forced DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goalkeeper Pedrinho Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Sandrinho Pinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Jerônimo Varela hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Capibaribe Stars walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
