The supporters of Leon Sport Club booed when FC Barrera 2.0 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hortêncio Galvão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leon Sport Club's Beto Valle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Leon Sport Club from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodrigo Leal in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beto Valle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 12th minute, FC Barrera 2.0's Valério dos Santos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Valério dos Santos in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Beto Valle, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Dorian Brito hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Virgílio Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beto Valle having to interfere. When Mazinho Mattos fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Barrera 2.0's protests and gave Mazinho Mattos a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes FC Barrera 2.0 got a freekick which was hit by Mazinho Mattos. Leon Sport Club's Beto Valle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Leon Sport Club from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valério dos Santos in the 27th minute of play forced Leon Sport Club's goalkeeper Beto Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beto Valle made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Rodrigo Leal sent off a good shot on target. Beto Valle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodrigo Leal in the 29th minute. Rodrigo Leal had several of the Leon Sport Club's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 37 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Beto Valle as he didn't even see the shot coming. Osvaldo Vianna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Valério dos Santoss short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Beto Valle to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Beto Valle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valério dos Santos's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valério dos Santos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC Barrera 2.0's Adalberto Pinheiro got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When FC Barrera 2.0's Valério dos Santos in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Adalberto Pinheiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Beto Valle. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adalberto Pinheiro ran back to his position shaking his head. 79 minutes into the match, Leon Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Leal came free, but Beto Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adalberto Pinheiro in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beto Valle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Leal in the 87th minute of play forced Leon Sport Club's goalkeeper Beto Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beto Valle came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Barrera 2.0's Osvaldo Vianna. But to his dismay, Osvaldo Vianna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Beto Valle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Barrera 2.0 had played much better football throughout.
