Rodriguinho Zonta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandinho Fantini in the 7th minute of play. A collision led to MALZBIER getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Adrianinho Sarmento hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Tomás Oliveira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Guilherme Novaes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 29th minute Juarês de Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodriguinho Zonta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodriguinho Zonta was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Dedê Rossi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dedê Rossi really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Adilson Palmeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Guilherme Novaes having to interfere. Luís Guilherme Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Figueiredo in the 38th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Dedê Rossi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rodriguinho Zonta. Dedê Rossi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. In the 45th minute Carlos Alberto Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Guilherme Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Gilvan Vergílio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MALZBIER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Allan Andrade made a kick off. A collision led to Royal Knights FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Allan Andrade hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute Adilson Palmeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Guilherme Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, MALZBIER's Carlos Alberto Figueiredo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luís Guilherme Novaes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Allan Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Rodriguinho Zonta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Allan Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Dorian Terra fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MALZBIER's protests and gave Dorian Terra a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 played minutes MALZBIER got a freekick which was hit by Dorian Terra. Royal Knights FC's Fernandinho Fantini got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Fernandinho Fantini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodriguinho Zonta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandinho Fantini, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. If Fernandinho Fantini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Guilherme Novaes was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Adilson Palmeira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adilson Palmeira really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. An unexpected shot in the 90th minute by Tomás Oliveira got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 93rd minute, Dorian Terra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Allan Andrade struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Rodriguinho Zonta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Royal Knights FC. Rodriguinho Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandinho Fantini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Royal Knights FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching MALZBIER's performance. The match ended with a win for MALZBIER.
