The ball went over the crossbar instead. Breno Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Fonseca in the 10th minute of the match. Breno Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maicon Diniz in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Aguinhas's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Fonseca came free, but Breno Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maicon Diniz might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Breno Moreno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maicon Diniz ran back to his position shaking his head. When Maicon Diniz came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the FALCÕES VERDES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maicon Diniz couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maicon Diniz in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Breno Moreno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Júlio Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Júlio Fonseca put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Breno Moreno. After having played for 48 minutes, Júlio Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FALCÕES VERDES's supporters crossed their fingers, but Júlio Fonseca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Júlio Fonseca to strike the kick off in the second half. Aguinhas's Breno Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Fonseca in the 53rd minute of play. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Breno Moreno, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thiago de Queiroz kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Breno Moreno, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 82 minutes into the game, Marcelo Leão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aguinhas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FALCÕES VERDES the free kick. The referee showed Luiz Gustavo Mota the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 89 played minutes Aguinhas got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Gustavo Mota. Breno Moreno was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Clóvis Marinho. 94 minutes into the game, Júlio Fonseca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FALCÕES VERDES's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aguinhas the free kick. The supporters of Aguinhas booed when FALCÕES VERDES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júlio Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalmo Sergipano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Guedes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Aguinhas's Luiz Gustavo Mota got a free kick in the 97th minute. When the match was over FALCÕES VERDES could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Aguinhas throughout the match.
