The audience thought a goal was coming when Christian Mendonça got free with Régis Mota in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fellipe Zanette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mané Tavares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. He walked away shaking his head. Régis Mota came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s Christian Mendonça. But to his dismay, Christian Mendonça quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 97 minutes into the game, Dráusio Brodel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Régis Mota was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ fans cheered their team off the field, for while REAL RIO CRVG had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
