Vila Industrial FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when César de Queiroz scored to the left of an out of position Chiquinho Porto, making the score, 1-2. In the 46th match minute, Vila Industrial FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caco da Rocha to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Róbson Bittencourt made the kick off in the second half.
