Lauro Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chicão Palmeira having to interfere. Alexandre Dias took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geovanni Correia. Geovanni Correia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The Glorious FC's Geovanni Correia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fabiano Amorim in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauro Duarte in the 18th minute of play forced BARBARIDADE G.M.'s goalkeeper Chicão Palmeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Alexandre Dias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the game, Lauro Duarte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Glorious FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BARBARIDADE G.M. the free kick. Lauro Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd match minute, The Glorious FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aloísio Motta to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute Alexandre Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute of the match Deivid Botelho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chicão Palmeira skillfully saved the ball. Lauro Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Chicão Palmeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Lauro Duarte had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chicão Palmeira. BARBARIDADE G.M.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lauro Duarte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Wanderson Vides came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the The Glorious FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wanderson Vides couldn't finish the play. The Glorious FC's Geovanni Correia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurinho Tinoco in the 38th minute of play. Juninho Camargo's late challenge caught a The Glorious FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juninho Camargo helped the player get up and apologised. The audience was convinced that Lauro Duarte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chicão Palmeira was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Wanderson Vides managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Glorious FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wanderson Vides was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chicão Palmeira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alexandre Dias to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, The Glorious FC's Guilherme de Alcântara got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute, Luís Gustavo Abreu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st minute, Deivid Botelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Glorious FC were furious when Guilherme de Alcântara was red carded, 64 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 63rd minute, one of The Glorious FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for The Glorious FC. The goalkeeper, Geovanni Correia, was totally fooled by BARBARIDADE G.M.'s Luís Gustavo Abreu, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Geovanni Correia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hernani Brasil went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Geovanni Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Fabiano Amorim, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Maurinho Tinoco managed to get in a good position for a shot. BARBARIDADE G.M.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Maurinho Tinoco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geovanni Correia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 81st match minute, The Glorious FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Augusto Siqueira to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, BARBARIDADE G.M.'s Geovanni Correia threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Maurinho Tinoco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 84 minutes The Glorious FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luís Gustavo Abreu who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on BARBARIDADE G.M.'s corner Maurinho Tinoco fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Geovanni Correia quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, BARBARIDADE G.M.'s Alexandre Dias got a free kick in the 87th minute. Aloísio Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Chicão Palmeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 played minutes BARBARIDADE G.M. got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Dias. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. BARBARIDADE G.M. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
