But to his dismay, Reginaldo Cearense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Geovanni Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cauan Breckenfeld, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Manfredo Zonta kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, BraveHeart Warriors's Cauan Breckenfeld nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Geovanni Correia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. 40 minutes into the match, Cauan Breckenfeld had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geovanni Correia. The Glorious FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cauan Breckenfeld was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. In the 45th minute, Lauro Duarte made a precise shot to the right of Reynaldo Queirós. BraveHeart Warriors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-3. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The BraveHeart Warriors fans cheered their team off the field, for while The Glorious FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
