Alfredão de Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dedé da Silveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristiano Romário's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the game, Cristiano Romário recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dedé da Silveira. Cristiano Romário showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 38 minutes into the game, Cristiano Romário cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Dedé da Silveira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. BEST FABIO F.C.'s Dedé da Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Romário in the 41st minute of play. When JURIDIQUES F.C's Cristiano Romário in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BEST FABIO F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronaldão Salgado made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Cristiano Romário cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Dedé da Silveira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cristiano Romário sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristiano Romário in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dedé da Silveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. BEST FABIO F.C.'s Ronaldão Salgado got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. BEST FABIO F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
