Oscar Trevisans short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Renato Pirani to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 10th match minute, Tabajara Londrina LBFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toninho Castro to maneuver through the defense. When Tomás Marques fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Futuros FC's protests and gave Tomás Marques a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th match minute, Futuros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Marques to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Futuros FC booed when Tabajara Londrina LBFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toninho Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tabajara Londrina LBFC's Renato Pirani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Tabajara Londrina LBFC from getting a goal against them. After 26 played minutes Futuros FC got a freekick which was hit by Agnaldo Brasil. Oscar Trevisan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Renato Pirani made a huge save. In the 32nd minute, José Paulo Leme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Marco Pimenta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Renato Pirani. The goal made the score 1-0. When Marco Pimenta came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Futuros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Pimenta couldn't finish the play. During the 43rd minute of the match Toninho Castro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Toninho Castro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 44 played minutes Tabajara Londrina LBFC got a freekick which was hit by Toninho Castro. After 45 played minutes Tabajara Londrina LBFC got a freekick which was hit by José Paulo Leme. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tales Paes to make the kick off. If Oscar Trevisan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Trevisan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marco Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Renato Pirani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Edson Trevisan came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Tabajara Londrina LBFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edson Trevisan couldn't finish the play. After 69 played minutes Tabajara Londrina LBFC got a freekick which was hit by Durvalino Paes. A collision led to Tabajara Londrina LBFC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Durvalino Paes hit a great ball. In the 77th match minute, Tabajara Londrina LBFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edson Trevisan to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Trevisan in the 79th minute of play forced Tabajara Londrina LBFC's goalkeeper Renato Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Futuros FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Juarês Marinho hit a great ball. Orlando Mineiro, 85 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Falcão Colorado kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 95th match minute, Tabajara Londrina LBFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Futuros FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
