Zé Roberto Furlan started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Flinston FC - DMZ's Cauã Mazza got control of the ball when Faustão Mineiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Armando Barreto's late challenge caught a Flinston FC - DMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armando Barreto helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Academia Santista CIMZ's Armando Barreto got a free kick in the 11th minute. Arthur Sergipano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Sabóia, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. A collision led to Flinston FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Delfim Rosado hit a great ball. Cauã Mazza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrinho Gol in the 17th minute of the match. Diego de Medeiros was extremely unlucky when he, in the 18th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 18 played minutes Pedrinho Gol rounded Flinston FC - DMZ's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. Cauã Mazza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrinho Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Cauã Mazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurício Terra in the 30th minute of play. If Pedrinho Gol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Diego de Medeiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the game, Ramiro Souza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flinston FC - DMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Academia Santista CIMZ the free kick. In the 37th minute, Ramiro Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute Pedrinho Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauã Mazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego de Medeiros got free with Cauã Mazza in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Flinston FC - DMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Pedrinho Gol scored to the left of an out of position Cauã Mazza, making the score, 5-0. Flinston FC - DMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Pedrinho Gol scored to the left of an out of position Cauã Mazza, making the score, 6-0. Cauã Mazza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego de Medeiros in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedrinho Gol to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Flinston FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Terra came free, but Cauã Mazza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustão Mineiro in the 56th minute of play forced Flinston FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Cauã Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cauã Mazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustão Mineiro in the 57th minute of play. Cauã Mazza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustão Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, Maurício Terra notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Flinston FC - DMZ's Cauã Mazza. Cauã Mazza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 65 minutes into the match, Flinston FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Diego de Medeiros came free, but Cauã Mazza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Felipe Sabóia could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Arthur Sergipano however easily saved by the left post. After 72 minutes of play, Academia Santista CIMZ's Diego de Medeiros made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cauã Mazza was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Academia Santista CIMZ booed when Flinston FC - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonel Xavier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arthur Sergipano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Roberto Furlan in the 82nd minute of play. Cauã Mazza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustão Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 85 minutes into the game, when Walmyr Brito put in a rough tackle. In the 84th minute, one of Flinston FC - DMZ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Flinston FC - DMZ. 87 minutes into the game, Academia Santista CIMZ's Silvinho Peixoto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cauã Mazza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. In the 92nd match minute, Academia Santista CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedrinho Gol to maneuver through the defense. Cipriano Terra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauã Mazza having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Academia Santista CIMZ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
