Jerônimo Albuquerque showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Luís Fabiano Paes got a free kick in the 12th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dênis Veiga in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismael Valadares saved AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ from getting behind. José Paulo Brito came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Jerônimo Albuquerque. But to his dismay, Jerônimo Albuquerque quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With a little luck, Leão de Judá's José Paulo Brito got control of the ball when Pedro Augusto Carneiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Ismael Valadares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmílson Rossi in the 33rd minute of play. When Tarcisio de Toledo fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leão de Judá's protests and gave Tarcisio de Toledo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Leão de Judá's Tarcisio de Toledo got a free kick in the 34th minute. José Paulo Brito made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Jerônimo Albuquerque sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Leão de Judá's José Paulo Brito got control of the ball when Sandrinho Fernandez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leão de Judá's José Paulo Brito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Leão de Judá from getting a goal against them. José Paulo Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandrinho Fernandez in the 44th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Edmílson Rossi's late challenge caught a AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ fully deserved thier win.
