Juan Vieira came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Luís Fabiano Paes. But to his dismay, Luís Fabiano Paes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Relyn Futebol Clube defense, Pedro Augusto Carneiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Vieira. The Relyn Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Vieira should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Luís Fabiano Paes got a free kick in the 17th minute. Relyn Futebol Clube's Luís Fernando Almeida got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 29 minutes into the game, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Pedro Augusto Carneiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Vieira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 32 minutes, Sandrinho Fernandez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ and the Relyn Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sandrinho Fernandez hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute of the match Pedro Paulo Correia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Vieira skillfully saved the ball. Juan Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandrinho Fernandez in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luís Fernando Almeida fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 40th match minute, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Fabiano Paes to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Wilian Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 47 minutes, Jorge Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Lara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

After 51 played minutes Relyn Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Nóbrega. In the 52nd minute, Jorge Lara reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Juan Vieira. The goal made the score 0-4. After a rather tough play, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Túlio Ramos got a free kick in the 55th minute. Ismael Valadares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Paulo de Barros in the 59th minute of play. Relyn Futebol Clube's Juan Vieira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Lara in the 64th minute of play. Elder Munhoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Valadares having to interfere. After some careless play in the Relyn Futebol Clube defense, Sandrinho Fernandez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Vieira. The Relyn Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Vieira should have stopped the shot. 74 minutes into the match, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Paulo de Barros came free, but Ismael Valadares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ booed when Relyn Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elder Munhoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Relyn Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Juan Vieira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jorge Lara. Aílton Tróia kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. The nice shot from Jorge Lara in the 86thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Juan Vieira had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Elivélton Mello charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elivélton Mello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 89 played minutes AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Elivélton Mello. Juan Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Augusto Carneiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Relyn Futebol Clube throughout the match.
