The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, José Paulo Corrêa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Douglas Tasso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Walmir Siqueira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Douglas Tasso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. José Paulo Corrêa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Douglas Tasso. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Douglas Tasso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from José Paulo Corrêa went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Paulo Corrêa in the 19th minute of play forced BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Douglas Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st match minute, BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albertinho Teixeira to maneuver through the defense. Douglas Tasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walmir Siqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After a rather tough play, BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Amílton Pena got a free kick in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Monteiro came free, but Douglas Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 played minutes BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Vides. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raimundo Monteiro in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Douglas Tasso saved BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- from getting behind.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raimundo Monteiro to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Queluzito's José Paulo Corrêa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Douglas Tasso. Douglas Tasso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. A collision led to BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Arlindo Carneiro hit a great ball. 0-4 became the score in the 60th minute when Raimundo Monteiro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to Queluzito getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Júnior Perez hit a great ball. Walmir Siqueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Tasso having to interfere. Hílton Mineiro hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. If Naldo Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donato Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hudson Hermes, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. The supporters of BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- booed when Queluzito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júnior Perez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Douglas Tasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivo Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the match, BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Ivo Alagoano came free, but Douglas Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 98 minutes into the match, Raimundo Monteiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Douglas Tasso, 0-5. Queluzito played a much better game than BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- and deserved their victory. The BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
