Vágner Nascimento started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo do Nascimento in the 3rd minute of play forced PATO BRANCO FC's goalkeeper Ricardinho Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. PATO BRANCO FC's Ricardinho Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Eduardo do Valle in the 9th minute of play. Laerte Tepedino charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Laerte Tepedino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Laerte Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. PATO BRANCO FC's Ricardinho Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Eduardo do Valle in the 11th minute of play. Ricardinho Carvalho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raimundo do Nascimento went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. PATO BRANCO FC's Ricardinho Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo do Nascimento in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Vágner Nascimento made a precise shot to the right of Laerte da Silveira. Olivedos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 33rd minute Raimundo do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardinho Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Olivedos's Laerte da Silveira got control of the ball when Laerte Tepedino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Laerte da Silveira made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Andrézinho Mota sent off a good shot on target. Matheus Perez, 42 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Matheus Perez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo do Nascimento in the 52nd minute of play forced PATO BRANCO FC's goalkeeper Ricardinho Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrézinho Mota took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laerte da Silveira. Laerte da Silveira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The supporters of Olivedos booed when PATO BRANCO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Viana didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 65 in the game by Edmílson Lago from a close distance when the talented Ricardinho Carvalho managed to make a qualified save. PATO BRANCO FC's players were relieved. After 71 played minutes PATO BRANCO FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Viana. Ricardinho Carvalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo do Nascimento in the 74th minute. Ricardinho Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Eduardo do Valle in the 76th minute of the match. In the 84th minute Luiz Eduardo do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardinho Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute Raimundo do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardinho Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Olivedos getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Luiz Eduardo do Valle hit a great ball.
