The corner ended in Luís Paulo Coelho almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Olivedos's Laerte da Silveira did a great save. Sidney Hermes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo do Nascimento in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Raimundo do Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laerte da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nico Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the game, Edvaldo Lima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olivedos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ the free kick. The tension between the Olivedos and the CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ players grew even worse after the yellow card. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Nico Moreira got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ booed when Olivedos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdemar Braga didn't get a good kick on the ball.

CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Jefferson Paranaense was substituted for João Pedro Paiva. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Toninho Bertassi was substituted for Dedé Tasso. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christiano Travassos to make the kick off. After 55 minutes of play Olivedos's Christiano Travassos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Valdemar Braga hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When Luiz Henrique came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Henrique couldn't finish the play. Laerte da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrão Pirani in the 64th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Luiz Henrique had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laerte da Silveira. Olivedos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luiz Henrique was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 82 minutes in the game, Wanderson Paranaense fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Laerte da Silveira having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Pedrão Pirani managed to get in a good position for a shot. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s supporters rose to their feet, but Pedrão Pirani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laerte da Silveira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Wanderson Paranaense was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 87th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Laerte da Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson Paranaense in the 90th minute of play. In the 95th minute Raimundo do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidney Hermes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Olivedos supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s performance. The match ended with a win for CANIL VON ZAATARI™️.
