Ríver Late's Isauro Contero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ray Peña in the 11th minute of play. Ray Peña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isauro Contero having to interfere. Nahia Alfonso struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Isauro Contero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rayland FC. When Rayland FC's Ray Peña in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ríver Late's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Ariando Oca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rayland FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ray Peña in the 22nd minute. The corner led Rayland FC's Ray Peña to fire away a dangerous shot which Isauro Contero despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 26th minute Teofilo Sanchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isauro Contero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gero Arenzana hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. If Ray Peña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ray Peña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Isauro Contero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ray Peña, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 40 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Isauro Contero was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ríver Late's Isauro Contero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ray Peña in the 42nd minute of play. Ariando Oca received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erauso Septiem came out and tried to block the shot, but Ariando Oca slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ariando Oca made a kick off. With a little luck, Ríver Late's Isauro Contero got control of the ball when Ray Peña tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ríver Late made a substitution. Lorenzo Tordesillas replaced Urtsin Duran. 62 minutes into the match, Ríver Late's goalkeeper Isauro Contero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hermelando Berraondo. Ríver Late's Isauro Contero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Ríver Late from getting a goal against them. Isauro Contero made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Hermelando Berraondo sent off a good shot on target. Ray Peña scored 1-2 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isauro Contero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Andres Feloaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ariando Oca during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 71st minute, Ariando Oca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ríver Late's Andres Feloaga got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erauso Septiem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariando Oca in the 80th minute of the match. Rayland FC's Ray Peña got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isauro Contero made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Ray Peña sent off a good shot on target. Ariando Oca kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Ray Peña's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Isauro Contero firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rayland FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
