Ercole Zarillo scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ettore Graziani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 12th minute Diego Arioli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Crema saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmondo Albani in the 14th minute of play forced Supremacy Catania FC's goalkeeper Ettore Graziani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ettore Graziani made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Ercole Zarillo sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Fausto Grande managed to get in a good position for a shot. Supremacy Catania FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Grande was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Biagio Crema breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute, Enzo Di Marzio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as AC Morena's Edmondo Albani slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ettore Graziani. That made the score 2-0 after 28 minutes of play. Supremacy Catania FC's Ettore Graziani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Supremacy Catania FC from getting a goal against them. In the 38th match minute, AC Morena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franco Scacchi to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of AC Morena booed when Supremacy Catania FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Di Marzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andrea Del Gatto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ettore Graziani having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Edmondo Albani fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 46th match minute, AC Morena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmine Di Girolamo to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernardo Gabriele to make the kick off. With a little luck, AC Morena's Biagio Crema got control of the ball when Bernardo Gabriele tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edmondo Albani struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Ettore Graziani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC Morena. Ettore Graziani came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Morena's Ercole Zarillo. But to his dismay, Ercole Zarillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fausto Grande got free with Biagio Crema in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edmondo Albani scored 4-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ettore Graziani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67thth minute of the game Ercole Zarillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Supremacy Catania FC's Ettore Graziani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 69 played minutes Diego Arioli rounded AC Morena's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-1. Ettore Graziani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ercole Zarillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 77th minute Fausto Grande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Crema saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Frank Di Maio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ettore Graziani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ercole Zarillo in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to Supremacy Catania FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Fabio De Luca hit a great ball. When AC Morena's Ercole Zarillo in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Supremacy Catania FC's goalie prevented a goal. Fabio De Luca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Biagio Crema made a huge save. Many of Supremacy Catania FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Supremacy Catania FC may have spent more time on the ball, but AC Morena were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
