After 2 played minutes Sconvols United got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Angelucci. Ciccio Stella kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Sconvols United's Alessandro Angelucci ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Antonello Manzo. Antonello Manzo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After a rather tough play, A.S. Trastevere's Attilio Bearzot got a free kick in the 11th minute. Alfredo Scafati blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Antonello Manzo having to make a save. In the 15th minute, Sconvols United's Alessandro Angelucci ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Antonello Manzo. Antonello Manzo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Ciccio Stella kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciccio Stella got free with Antonello Manzo in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th minute, Alfredo Scafati hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonello Manzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Angelucci in the 39th minute of play. Damiano Rosato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonello Manzo having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Sconvols United's goal looked a bit too open when Armin Tiberio came free, but Ettore Franco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciccio Stella hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armin Tiberio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Sconvols United booed when A.S. Trastevere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlo Di Fiore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damiano Rosato took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Antonello Manzo. A.S. Trastevere's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damiano Rosato in the 55th minute of play forced A.S. Trastevere's goalkeeper Antonello Manzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 played minutes A.S. Trastevere got a freekick which was hit by Ferruccio Ceccon. 58 minutes into the match, A.S. Trastevere's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Scafati came free, but Antonello Manzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Francesco Gazza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ettore Franco. The goal made the score 2-1. When Ciccio Stella came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Sconvols United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciccio Stella couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, A.S. Trastevere's Frank Meazza got a free kick in the 71st minute. Alfredo Scafati received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Antonello Manzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sconvols United's Alessandro Angelucci got a free kick in the 74th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Alessandro Angelucci had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antonello Manzo. A.S. Trastevere's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alessandro Angelucci was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2.
