Attilio Addari hit a great ball. Fedele Anastasi's late challenge caught a Santoryu FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fedele Anastasi helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 47 minutes, Anselmo Gabriele managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santoryu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anselmo Gabriele was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The AC Roma players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Santoryu FC were winning 0-3.

Anselmo Gabriele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlo Del Giudice having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anselmo Gabriele got free with Carlo Del Giudice in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th minute of the match Filippo Ricciuti shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Camillo Marcantonio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugenio Bozzo in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlo Del Giudice saved AC Roma from getting behind.
