In the 11thth minute of the game Ciro Orlandi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BRAL VAL's Ferruccio Alfani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fedele Anastasi hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Attilio Mauro made a precise shot to the right of Carlo Del Giudice. AC Roma's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After having played for 22 minutes, Elia Buccella managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BRAL VAL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elia Buccella was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Elia Buccella got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 33rd minute Attilio Mauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlo Del Giudice saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Elia Buccella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elia Buccella could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Carlo Del Giudice made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elia Buccella got free with Carlo Del Giudice in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Attilio Mauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 53rd minute, Attilio Mauro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Attilio Mauro scored 2-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlo Del Giudice, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Elia Buccella came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the BRAL VAL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elia Buccella couldn't finish the play. Augusto Di Iorio took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlo Del Giudice. Carlo Del Giudice dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in BRAL VAL's zone, Fabrizio Di Silvio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferruccio Alfani came out of the goal and Fabrizio Di Silvio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute Ciro Orlandi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferruccio Alfani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Orlandi in the 81st minute of play forced BRAL VAL's goalkeeper Ferruccio Alfani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferruccio Alfani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Orlandi in the 83rd minute of play. Carlo Del Giudice showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elia Buccella, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After having played for 86 minutes, Attilio Mauro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BRAL VAL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Attilio Mauro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. BRAL VAL fully deserved thier win.
