A.C.Toro29's Armin Di Persio got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 10 minutes into the game, Franco Del Monte recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ercole Patrizi. Franco Del Monte showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 14 minutes into the game, Florian Guerrieri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ermanno Stefano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Corrado Mussi charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Corrado Mussi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, Castagneto Po FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Corrado Mussi to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Graziano during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bruno Graziano kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Florian Guerrieri made a precise shot to the right of Ermanno Stefano. A.C.Toro29's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Ermanno Stefano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corrado Mussi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 minutes, Attilio Vittorio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Castagneto Po FC and the A.C.Toro29 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ermanno Villani, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ermanno Stefano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corrado Mussi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Castagneto Po FC's Federico Graziano got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Franco Del Monte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute of the match Francesco Giancola shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ermanno Stefano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 39th minute, Franco Del Monte left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.C.Toro29 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. After 44 minutes of play, Castagneto Po FC's Florian Guerrieri made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ermanno Stefano was left in no man's land by his defense there! The A.C.Toro29 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Castagneto Po FC were winning 2-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carmine Finocchi to make the kick off. A.C.Toro29's Ermanno Stefano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save A.C.Toro29 from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in A.C.Toro29's zone, Florian Guerrieri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermanno Stefano came out of the goal and Florian Guerrieri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ermanno Villani's late challenge caught a Castagneto Po FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ermanno Villani helped the player get up and apologised. Ermanno Stefano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corrado Mussi, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carmine Finocchi in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ercole Patrizi saved Castagneto Po FC from getting behind. Ercole Patrizi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmine Finocchi in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of Castagneto Po FC booed when A.C.Toro29 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franco Del Monte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ermanno Stefano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corrado Mussi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Castagneto Po FC played a much better game than A.C.Toro29 and deserved their victory. The A.C.Toro29 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
