Achille Ferreri made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 18 minutes into the game, Alessio Manzo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Achille Ferreri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alessio Manzo took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Achille Ferreri. Achille Ferreri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessio Manzo in the 25th minute of play forced Velester Football Club's goalkeeper Achille Ferreri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute Arturo Di Iorio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achille Ferreri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Velester Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Alessio Manzo came free, but Achille Ferreri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Velester Football Club's zone, Alessio Manzo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Achille Ferreri came out of the goal and Alessio Manzo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Fc Molina di Quosa were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alessio Manzo to make the kick off. Enrico Costantino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Achille Ferreri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Di Iorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. If Enrico Costantino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexander Zara hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. When Enrico Costantino fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Velester Football Club's protests and gave Enrico Costantino a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Velester Football Club getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Enrico Costantino hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Fc Molina di Quosa's Achille Ferreri threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alessio Manzo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Achille Ferreri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessio Manzo in the 81st minute of the match. Achille Ferreri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessio Manzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. With an all-out effort, Fc Molina di Quosa's Achille Ferreri threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alessio Manzo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Alessio Manzo came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Fc Molina di Quosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alessio Manzo couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Federico Di Giacomo during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Federico Di Giacomo kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Fc Molina di Quosa left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Velester Football Club.
