The supporters of Valdieri booed when Sao Brasola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Concetto Riccardi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 played minutes Sao Brasola got a freekick which was hit by Alessio Catini. Sao Brasola's Elia Tuzzolino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Sao Brasola from getting a goal against them. When Sao Brasola's Alessio Catini in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Alessio Catini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 38 minutes into the game, Alessio Catini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Edoardo Cabrini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 43rd minute, Emiliano Cara reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Elia Tuzzolino. The goal made the score 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alessio Catini to make the kick off. Alessio Catini who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Edoardo Cabrini when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Edoardo Cabrini managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Sao Brasola's Alessio Catini fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 54th minute, Alessio Catini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edoardo Cabrini was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 57 minutes into the game, Emiliano Cara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valdieri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sao Brasola the free kick. Emiliano Cara hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. The Valdieri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edoardo Cabrini should have stopped the shot. Elia Tuzzolino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Di Lullo, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Emanuele Ranieri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Though ot was a great shot Valdieri's keeper Edoardo Cabrini was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Edmondo Lucentini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sao Brasola's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmondo Lucentini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edoardo Cabrini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Sao Brasola players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
