They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bérenger Bauche to strike the kick off in the second half. Gaston Rostaing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dylan Delavaud having to interfere. With 57 minutes on the clock, Louison Levet commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 56th minute, one of corsaire nantais:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for corsaire nantais. Bérenger Bauche succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 81st playminute. After having played for 84 minutes, Bérenger Bauche managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mans's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bérenger Bauche was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute, Gaston Rostaing got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in corsaire nantais's zone, Bérenger Bauche stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dylan Delavaud came out of the goal and Bérenger Bauche tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game was made by Patrice Marsaud with Charles-Emmanuel Perrotte as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Dylan Delavaud came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mans's Bérenger Bauche. But to his dismay, Bérenger Bauche quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Gaston Rostaing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Mans could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than corsaire nantais throughout the match.
