In the 34th minute Redouane Gaboriaud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Éluard Coulomb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Marc-Antoine Laine had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Éluard Coulomb. FC Saubrigues's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marc-Antoine Laine was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Jacques Séguret struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Éluard Coulomb didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Noisiel. Éluard Coulomb yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. After 71 minutes, Edmond Coiffier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Saubrigues and the Noisiel players grew even worse after the yellow card. Éluard Coulomb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Redouane Gaboriaud in the 92nd minute of play. Marc-Antoine Laine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the final whistle sounded Noisiel left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Saubrigues.
