In the 2nd match minute, SILMONT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bart Falempin to maneuver through the defense. 5 minutes into the match, SILMONT's goalkeeper Marlene Dietrich had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jean-Charles Gauche. 8 minutes into the match, SILMONT's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Charles Gauche came free, but Marlene Dietrich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marlene Dietrich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Charles Gauche in the 11th minute of the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Alexis Back managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SILMONT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexis Back was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of SILMONT booed when Herblay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Samuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marlene Dietrich made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Jean-Charles Gauche sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bart Falempin in the 22nd minute of play forced Herblay's goalkeeper Norbert Domenech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd match minute, SILMONT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Rouge to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, SILMONT's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Charles Gauche came free, but Marlene Dietrich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marlene Dietrich made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Dove Roig sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jean-Charles Gauche in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marlene Dietrich prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jean-Charles Gauche got free with Marlene Dietrich in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Bart Falempin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Norbert Domenech was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bart Falempin in the 40th minute of play forced Herblay's goalkeeper Norbert Domenech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexis Back received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Norbert Domenech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Alexis Back made a precise shot to the right of Norbert Domenech. Herblay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bart Falempin was the one to do the kick off. Bart Falempin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 53rd minute of the match, Alexis Back got a very nice opportunity to score, but Norbert Domenech was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Axel Rouge came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the SILMONT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Rouge couldn't finish the play. SILMONT's Marlene Dietrich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Charles Gauche in the 59th minute of play. Marlene Dietrich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Charles Gauche in the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Daryl Riva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rayan Marx kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes SILMONT got a freekick which was hit by Claude Grange. Marlene Dietrich came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Herblay's Jonathan Samuel. But to his dismay, Jonathan Samuel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jean-Charles Gauche took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marlene Dietrich. Marlene Dietrich dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Norbert Domenech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bart Falempin, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. SILMONT's Marlene Dietrich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucien Decottignies in the 86th minute of play. If Dove Roig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Herblay players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
